Attention FHA Borrowers

Hardships from the COVID-19 pandemic continue to be felt across the country. Currently, there are well over 300,000 borrowers who are at least 60 days delinquent on their FHA mortgage and have not sought help to avoid a future foreclosure. To assist FHA borrowers with keeping their homes, there is the availability of COVID-19 forbearance relief. There is help for those who may be struggling to pay their FHA mortgage to possibly prevent them from losing one of their greatest asset, their home!

For more information please contact a HUD-approved housing counseling agency in your local area at 1-800-569-4287.

Be well and stay safe and remember, we are all in this together!
