4. What is the Trash Day Ordinance?: Dearborn Heights City ordinance Section # 17-35 E1.

Vehicles shall not be parked on the street from 7 am to 7 pm on days that trash is to be picked up. There are signs posted on all streets advising of the no parking on trash days. Violators will be ticketed.

What is the City of Dearborn Heights "Snow Emergency" ordinance?: Dearborn Heights city ordinance #32-554 prohibits vehicles from being parked on any city street when there is an accumulation of snow/ice to a depth of three (3) inches or more. The ordinance also prohibits vehicles from being parked on city streets during emergencies as declared by the Mayor of the City of Dearborn Heights.
